San Diego Catering Company Eco Caters services a Two Day Event

The event started on Saturday with a very lovely ceremony. After guests mingled and chatted a bit they nibbled on San Diego caterer, Eco Caters, special Farmers Market Vegetable Crudite with Bagna Cuda, and Spinach Dip, a Mezze Platter with Hummus Trio, Roasted Red Peppers, Hearts of Palm, Olive Salad and Fresh Pita, Beggars Purse with Cherry Shallot Jam and Camembert, Blue Cheese Bison Sliders with Caramelized Onion and Pomme Fritte, and Seared Albacore with Grapefruit and Orange Slaw.

The party continued with more of San Diego Catering company Eco Caters provided food. They had an Arugula Salad with Feta, Julianne Onions and Pear Vinaigrette, Porter Marinated Tri-Tip with Green Peppercorn Sauce, Local Pacific Fish with Spinach, Mandarin Oil and Black Sesame. The event continued into Sunday. This wedding party hosted a brunch and Eco Caters were on hand as support staff, making sure it went off without a hitch. A brunch is a great way to bring guest together one more time. If a lot of your guest are traveling, it gives them an activity to do before they go back home, and they feel like they really got to see the bride and groom.
