Los Angeles Catering – Bat Mitzvah – Organic Catering

Eco Caters did an all Organic Brunch on Sunday October 18th, 2009 in Los Angeles. This was an all organic catering event, and was the final celebration of the Bat Mitzvah that occured the night before. The brunch buffet included assorted bagels with lox and cream cheese; a California scramble with avocado, tomato, and crème friache; breakfast burritos with chicken sausage, egg, cheese, and salsa; and a fresh fruit platter.

Organic catering does not just stop with the food, we accompanied the food buffet with a full coffee and tea bar as well as all freshly squeeze organic juices and smoothie bar. The juice choices did not just stop with orange and apple, the crowd favorite seemed to be the pomegranate-apple combination that had the perfect balance of tart and sweet.
