This San Diego Catering company was really excited to work with the Air and Space Museum on an Asian inspired meal. The meal started with guest mingling and tasting items like Julienne Root Vegetable Spring Rolls with Duck Sauce and Spicy Mustard, Seared Albacore on Crispy Wonton, and Kimchee with Toasted Sesame. For the Entree they were treated to some Asian Favorites, including: Honey Tamari Marinated Sirloin with Ginger Peppercorn Sauce and Orange Chicken with Fresh Ginger and Scallion served with Stir Fried Market Vegetables with Tamari and Coconut Rice. They ended the meal with Banana Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache. It was a great meal at a great location.

San Diego Catering for a January Hawaiian Lunch
On January 28th, Eco Caters, a San Diego Catering company served up an organic Hawaiian buffet to over 150 people. The grand opening/luau had tropical music flowing while guest mingled. The San Diego Catering menu was fresh, fun and a little fruity. The event started with our signature ”Best of Market” salad. Party goers then got to indulge in Kahlua Pork, Grilled Chicken with Mango Salsa, Coconut Rice, and Green Beans. For dessert, San Diego caterer provided some delicious Fresh Fruit, Brownies, and Banana Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache, which was devoured by all.

A Dana Point Yacht Club Wedding done by Orange County Catering Company Eco Caters
Orange County catering company Eco Caters dished up an amazing meal at the Dana Point Yacht Club. Guest grazed on Spicy Chicken Skewers with Marjoram Red Pepper Yogurt, Farmers Market Fruit Display with Local Honey, and a fun Organic Slider Display. Orange County caterer, Eco Caters, has been getting a lot of request for these baby burgers/sandwhiches. This happy couple chose to go with the Ground Sirloin with Aged Gruyere, Roma Tomato, and House Mustard, Curry Chicken Salad with California Golden Raisins, Grilled Portabella with Mixed Greens, and Basil Aioli.
After taking in some beautiful views of Dana Harbor, this San Diego Catering company served a Crisp Romaine salad with Toasted Ramen and Almonds, finished with a Tamari Dressing. For the main dish, Orange Chicken peppers, and Honey Tamari Marinated Sirloin sautéed with Rice Wine Pan Sauce served with Coconut Rice, and Vegetable Stir Fry. Los Angeles Catering – Malibu Catering for Eco Friendly Cocktail Party
Eco Caters catered for a cocktail party on December 20th. We set up the stationary hors d’oeuvres that consisted of antipasto with marinated artichoke, sweet pepper with arugula, marinated cherry tomato with mozzarella, and mixed olives as well as a scallop and shrimp sausage platter with house mustard and radish sprouts. While guest chatted about the hustle and bustle of the holidays, our Eco Caters servers tray passed thai chicken skewers with marjoram yogurt, argentinean lamb skewer with chimmi churri, camembert shooter with asparagus, and fresh bruschetta with tomato concasse.

The cocktail party consisted of 20 adults and 14 children, so Eco Caters made two large cheese pizzas on homemade crust with organic tomato sauce to please all taste palettes. Los Angeles catering needs are growing more environmentally conscious, and the host for this Malibu catered event was no different. The host decided to use biodegradable plates which are made from fallen palm leaves and is becoming a more desirable method for presenting food in an environmentally conscience way.
