As he worked for Taguchi Farms, he learned his trade well and became the right hand of Mr. Joe Taguchi. After fifteen years of loyal and hard work he was given the opportunity to make his dream come true. Mr. Jose Luis Jaime became the owner of Taguchi Farms (renaming or giving birth to Jaime Farms). Now Jaime Farms has four farms to cultivate from the City of Industry land, Chino , Yucca Valley and our newly acquired farmland in Santa Maria. San Diego Catering Company, Eco Caters provides Tapas and More to Rancho Santa Fe

A Rancho Santa Fe home brought in  San Diego Catering company, Eco Caters to deliver some enticing tapas for a gathering they were having. San Diego caterer, Eco Caters delivered a lovely mix of flavors for this Tapa party.

The menu consisted of; Bleu Cheese Soufflé with Wild Arugula and Strawberry Balsamic, savory Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter and Crispy Sage, a guest favorite, Southern Fried Chicken Lollypops with Waffle Fries, Seared Jumbo Scallops with Carrot Puree and Micro Greens, and Braised Beef Short Rib with Truffle Potato Puree. The guest were both wowed by the quality and taste of the food, and in awe by the beautiful presentation.

Once the guest had a chance to sit back, relax and sip on an invigorating glass of wine; they were served their dessert. The dessert was a Chocolate Peanut Butter Molten Cake with Crème Anglaise, and it ended the meal perfectly.
