As far as the menu was concerned on that day, San Diego wedding caterer did their best to create something unique and delicious that everyone would surely enjoy!
So, all guests had for starters several kinds of cheese served with market fruits and preserves. Also, the menu featured the tasty hummus trio, finely prepared by your San Diego caterers, with tabouli, olive salad and grilled flatbread. Then, a few Hors d’Oeuvres trays were passed around, featuring the turkey slider served with apricot, apple, arugula and house mustard; the Argentinean lamb skewer with chimmi churri watercress; and at last the cilantro shooter with rock salt shrimp. These were followed by a tasty wild arugula salad accompanied by some juicy peaches and nectarines, some Point Reyes Blue cheese and some nice apple cider vinaigrette.

Moreover, as main dishes, the hundred people present on that day had the opportunity to taste the delicious grilled organic hanger steak with fresh herbs and caramelized shallots; as well as the great crispy king salmon cooked with a fabulous fennel and onion confit. Both were served with some tasteful Gouda mc and cheese and grilled broccolini with garlic and lemon.
At last, a nice coffee service, as well as a fresh fruit bar made from lemons and limes, were pulled out by your San Diego wedding catering staff. This is in fact always a good way to finish a meal!
