Eco Caters, your Los Angeles Wedding catering team prepares an all-organic vegetarian wedding dinner for Rachelle and LB.
The couple wanted to have their wedding held at the Ahmanson Ranch just up the 101, outside of Malibu. When you exit off the freeway and enter the ranch you are immediately struck by the rustic southern California landscape. For any of you romantic film buffs out there, this is the place they shot Gone With The Wind. The road winds its way up to the top of a breathtaking lookout of the peak of the Santa Monica Mountains. It’s an enchanting piece of property. As you can see from the beautiful wedding photography curtsey of Ning Wong and his crew at Ning Wong Studios, Rachelle and LB couldn’t have picked a better venue to celebrate their marriage.
Our all-organic Los Angeles wedding catering team worked with Rachelle and LB to help them create the perfect vegetarian wedding reception dinner. We gave them a few popular menu options from our past wedding events and created a custom menu that fit their ideas and pocketbook. Below is the menu we built together.

Pan Sautéed Polenta with Carrot, Celery Root, and Fire Roasted Tomatoes
Goats Milk Gratin
Grilled Farmer’s Market Vegetables

Roasted Asparagus Marinated in Grapefruit Juice

As usual, our Los Angeles wedding caterers found that after talking with guests, they had no idea they had just eaten an all-vegetarian dinner. We have found over the years that when you prepare great food, and hearty dishes, the carnivores never seem to mind. In fact, they are pleasantly surprised when they find out they just ate an all-vegetarian wedding; something our vegetarian clients are excited to hear.
