Beautiful ceremony up at the Thursday Club, Ocean Beach.

Around 125 people came on that day to the pretty area that is Ocean Beach, to celebrate our bride and groom special day at one of our favorite venues, the Thursday Club. So, it is at the end of November that our couple decided to get wed and to enjoy some great times around family and friends and of course around a very nice reception organized by your favorite San Diego wedding caterer.

For the occasion, San Diego wedding catering team worked with our clients and decided to go for quite a few options, starting with some delicious stationary Hors d’Oeuvres. Guests had then the pleasure to taste the Chef’s Choice Cheese Display served with Market Fruits and Preserves, as well as a Charcuterie Display served with some House Mustard, Cornichons, Pickled Onion and some Garlic Rubbed Crostinis.

Then, San Diego wedding catering servers walked around everyone with some more tray passed Hors d’Oeuvres, featuring some Potato Dauphine with Crème Fraiche and Caviar, some Samosa with a Marjoram Lemon Preserve Yogurt and at last some Sea Bass Crudo served with Crispy Capers, Pickled Onion and Pimento.

After a while, everyone was asked to sit at their respective tables to eventually start enjoying the great buffet set up by San Diego wedding caterers, Eco Caters. To begin with, a Herb Mix with some Edible Flowers, Pea Sprouts, Heirloom Tomatoes and a tasty Avocado Dressing was presented by the Entrees.

In fact, our couple and your San Diego wedding caterer decided to go for three different options, including the Grilled Lamb Chops with Chimmi-Churri, Parsnips and Brussel Sprouts, the Sauteed Snapper accompanied by a Cali-Crystal Beurre Blanc and a side of Corm Mach Choux and Stewed Tomato Garlic Orzo; and at last, the vegetarian option, some Polenta Lasagna with Grilled Mushrooms, Squash and Homemade Ricotta.

To go along with all these dishes, your San Diego wedding caterers had prepared a fresh and organic beverage station, with freshly squeezed lemonade, iced tea and infused mint water.

And, all guests could then enjoy their piece of cake with a nice cup of organic coffee or tea. What a good way to finish your meal, all simply!
