Beginning of July, 120 guests, gorgeous wedding and many happy days to come!

It was on July 3rd that our couple decided to get wed in this wonderful place that is the San Diego Qail Botanical Garden. The reception was just amazing! Let your San Diego wedding caterer tell you more about it…

San Diego wedding caterers did an awesome job on that day! Everything went really great, thanks to everyone’s determination and will.

All guests arrived around 5pm and got to sample some items from the stationary hors d’oeuvres, prepared by San Diego wedding catering staff.  Along with some fresh squeezed lemonade, iced tea and mint infused water, as well as some refreshing red and white organic sangria, guests could enjoy some cheese from the chef’s choice display with market fruits and preserves; and also a farmer’s market fruit display with local honey. Then, San Diego wedding catering staff tray passed some more hors d’oeuvres, such as our cumin coriander bison slider with smoked cheddar and jalapeno cucumber cups with mango, Jicama, chili and lime; and our roasted chicken with avocado, sweet corn and fermented black beans.

Once everyone finished tasting these different hors d’oeuvres, salads and mains were putting out by San Diego wedding caterers. The menu featured some mixed greens with goat cheese, sliced almonds, goji berries and an avocado dressing. Then, San Diego wedding catering staff served our tasty kurobuta pork carnitas with tortillas; as well as our roasted salmon with achiote, garlic and parsley, accompanied with our orange scented back beans with Mexican chocolate and our simple, but nevertheless delightful grilled farmer’s market vegetables.

At last, for dessert, wedding cupcakes pleased everyone!

The whole dinner was very much appreciated – with lots of thanks and gratefulness towards San Diego wedding caterer, Eco Caters. Everybody finished the night dancing and having fun thanks to the DJ, who really did a great job on the music!  Also lots of thanks to Heidi – www.heidiophoto.com – who took amazing pictures at this event!
