Corporate Event at the Westin-Emerald Plaza Penthouse, San Diego.

In the beginning of December 2011, thirty guests had the opportunity to be invited at the Westin-Emerald Plaza Penthouse in San Diego for a nice end of afternoon around some great food and drinks, all taken care of by your San Diego caterer.

Eco Caters and its client chose a few options that would be served for the occasion and decided to remain quite simple with just a buffet of stationary Hors d’Oeuvres, featuring some Portabella Mushroom Sliders with House Aioli and Arugula, some Grassfed Beef Slider with Smoked Cheddar and Caramelized Onion; and at last, some Turkey Slider including some Apricot, Apple, Arugula and House Mustard.

Also, your San Diego caterer had prepared the well-known Chef’s Choice Cheese Display accompanied with some Market Fruits and Preserves; along with a big platter of Antipasto including the Marinated Artichoke, some Sweet Peppers served with Arugula, the Marinated Cherry Tomatoes with Mozzarella and a great selection of olives. Our awesome San Diego catering chef had also fixed some tasteful Salmon Rillette, which guests could enjoy with some seeded Crostinis; as well as a fresh and organic cold Quinoa Salad including Red Onion, Italian Squash, Mint, Basil, Dried Cranberries and a nice Apple Cider Vinaigrette. Eventually, the very last salty option was the spicy Chicken Skewers which could be tasted with a Marjoram and Red Pepper Yogurt.

For desserts, your favorite San Diego caterers pleased all guests by plating two delicious types of sweets: the Banana Cheesecake with a Chocolate Ganache and the flourless Chocolate Tart served with Champagne Raspberries.

All guests loved the food and even wanted some more of it afterwards! It was such a great event for San Diego catering team and for everyone there at this wonderful venue!
