A simple but nevertheless great stationary buffet was set up, featuring quite a few famous options, created by your San Diego catering team.

From around 12.30pm, guests could then enjoy the hors d’oeuvres which were served by your San Diego caterer, featuring the Chef’s Choice Cheese Display with the Market Fruits and Preserves, the delicious Mezze Platter with Hummus Trio, Tabouli, the Olives Salad, and some tasteful Grilled Flatbread, as well as the Cold Quinoa Salad with some Red Onion, Italian Squash, Mint, Basil, Dried Cranberries, and a delicious Apple Cider Vinaigrette. At last, our guests had the chance to taste the Mixed Sliders, nicely cooked by your San Diego catering, with a choice between the Curry Chicken Salad with California Golden Raisins, the Grilled Eggplant with Tomato, Arugula, and Marjoram Aiol, and finally the Smoked Salmon with some Olivade and Sauce Grabiche.

Then, your San Diego caterers served their grilled sirloin wrap accompanied with some tomato, onion, chipotle mayo, some roasted pepper aioli and pepper mix.

During that evening, six guests had the chance to be able to taste the great food, while having some good wine and enjoying the moment with the rest of the group.

These were followed by a tasty wild arugula salad accompanied by some juicy peaches and nectarines, some Point Reyes Blue cheese and some nice apple cider vinaigrette.

Moreover, as main dishes, the hundred people present on that day had the opportunity to taste the delicious grilled organic hanger steak with fresh herbs and caramelized shallots; as well as the great crispy king salmon cooked with a fabulous fennel and onion confit. Both were served with some tasteful Gouda mc and cheese and grilled broccolini with garlic and lemon.

At last, a nice coffee service, as well as a fresh fruit bar made from lemons and limes, were pulled out by your San Diego wedding catering staff. This is in fact always a good way to finish a meal!

Our bride and groom picked one perfect place to get wed, that’s for sure! The Historic Casino San Clemente is an old building that just got restored. The views over the ocean from up there are simply breathtaking. So, everybody may enjoy this aspect of the venue throughout the night. And no one has ever been disappointed by this detail…

Once the ceremony ended, our San Diego wedding caterer started the cocktail hour. Therefore, all guests had the chance to enjoy the Chef’s Choice Cheese Display with Market Fruit and Preserve; as well as the Antipasto with Marinated Artichoke, Sweet Peppers served with Arugula, Marinated Cherry Tomato with Mozzarella, and Mixed Olives, around a few glasses of nice champagne…

As mains, our bride and groom made the choice to have two different types of dishes, which were the Braised Beef Brisket, served with Tomato and Garlic; and a vegetarian option, such as the Portabella Mushrooms with Chimmi Churri, presented on a bed of Roasted Garlic Angel Hair Pasta. To accompany this delicious food, your San Diego wedding caterers prepared some Basmati Rice and some Grilled Farmers Market Vegetables.

Once everyone was done with the buffet, your San Diego wedding caterer continued to serve some toasts along with some drinks… Until our couple cut the wedding cake later in the night! When all guests arrived, the beverage station was already set up – so everyone could enjoy a nice drink in the sun before attending the ceremony. Later on, during cocktail hours, some blackberry mojitos were also served by San Diego wedding catering. So guests could then enjoy the mezze display including the hummus trio, some tabouli, riata and grilled flatbread; as well as some artisan pizza, made of some tasty buffalo mozzarella, heirloom tomato and fresh basil, some sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, hearts of palm and fresh spinach. As a salad, San Diego wedding caterer prepared a delightful Greek salad composed of tomatoes, cucumbers, shaved red onion and some organic feta.

Then, two types of main dishes were presented by San Diego wedding caterers, which were the tallgrass beef kabob with some tahini, lemon and chive; as well as the pesto fusilli with Greek olives, arugula, cherry tomatoes and shaved fennel with light salt. To accompany these dishes, two sides were chosen by our bride and groom: the delicious roasted Weiser farms potatoes with marjoram and thyme and the tasty garlic and olive oil broccolini, served with chili flake.

At the end of that day, Eco Caters was so thanked for their good work, tastes and kindness! Everyone was really pleased by the service and the awesome food! Great day again for the team!

It does have to be a huge ceremony to make the moment wonderful and unforgettable! On that day of August, around 42 guests drove to Clairemont to celebrate our couple’s ceremony and reception.

For this wedding, San Diego wedding caterers had to follow a few restrictions, such as not using any type of mango, melon or cantaloupe; due to allergies. In fact, Eco Caters is definitely able to invent new recipes, respecting your choices and conditions.

For the rest of the meal, San Diego wedding caterer served the well-known Farmer’s market salad on plate, including the best of the market greens and vegetables with a house vinaigrette dressing.

Regarding the main dishes, a buffet was set-up and showed on my hand the grilled beef tenderloin with red wine jus and on the other some crispy king salmon with fennel onion confit. These were accompanied by some wild mushroom quinoa and some French beans with crispy shallot.

At last, as a dessert, San Diego wedding catering presented on tray passes the tasty mixed berry tart, all organic and made from fresh berries!

Around 150 guests were invited to the venue to witness the union of our couple. The ceremony took place on site in the middle of the afternoon. During that time, your San Diego wedding catering team ran all over the place; so that each detail could be taken care of!

Around 5pm, everybody came to the reception, back from the ceremony. Therefore, cocktail hours eventually started with some nice tray pass wine, served by your San Diego wedding catering staff.

For an hour, all guests got the chance to enjoy a few drinks, waiting on the dinner to be served by San Diego wedding caterer, Eco Caters. Also, some Hors d’Oeuvres were tray passed, such as the tasty grassfed beef slider with smoked cheddar and caramelized onion, the Camembert shooter and asparagus; and at last, the melon basil skewers cooked with pistachio oil.

Then, San Diego wedding caterers served their well-known wild arugula salad, accompanied by some peaches, nectarines, some Chevre cheese and a nice apple cider vinaigrette.

As main dishes, San Diego wedding catering and our couple chose to go with a few options, which were beef, seafood and vegetarian; so that everyone would be pleased for sure.

The chef plated the tasteful porter marinated Tri-Tip and served it with some green peppercorn sauce, roasted garlic potatoes and some grapefruit scented asparagus. The seafood plate featured some grilled Mahi mahi, with cilantro jalapeno oil and grilled scallion, some mango rice and micro greens. At last, San Diego wedding caterer chose to work with the polenta lasagna dish, accompanied with some grilled fennel, some squash and homemade ricotta, as a vegetarian option.
