On June 13th, 2011, around 50 guests gathered around this beautiful place for Natalia’s wedding. Sunny and warm… Everything was there to make the event perfect – and your San Diego wedding caterers were all ready for it!
San Diego wedding catering staff worked hard to create an amazing lunch menu that everyone could enjoy! In fact, they considered vegan guests, just as required. If you do have any special diet requirements, our team will be delighted to help you with this on your event – from vegetarian to vegan, passing by gluten-free, nut-free diets… We know that every detail needs to be taken into account, to make the day run perfectly!
Served around 1pm, after cocktail hours, guests had the chance to sample some very tasteful dishes, prepared by your San Diego wedding caterer, such as the hummus trio with tabouli, served with some olive salad and grilled flatbread, some antipasto with marinated artichokes, sweet peppers with arugula, marinated cherry tomato served with mozzarella and mixed olives. Then, guests were treated with our fresh farmers market salad including the best of the market greens and vegetables with a tasty house vinaigrette dressing.
Concerning main dishes, your San Diego wedding caterers cooked some tasteful grilled chicken breast with mango and avocado, served with some portabella mushrooms with chimmi churri on a bed of roasted garlic angel hair pasta. For sides, some great roasted Weiser farms potatoes with marjoram and thyme were served, as well as some sesame broccoli with red onion and california raisins.
When everybody was done enjoying their meals, San Diego wedding catering division served some organic coffee that went really well along with the traditional wedding cake.
