On that day, our bride and groom had chosen to go with a Spanish-style menu, all prepared by San Diego wedding catering; featuring the famous Farmers Market Salad at first, including the best of the market greens. Then, the buffet continued with two types of main dishes: the Braised Beef Brisket at first; as well as the Sautéed Tofu cooked with some Onions, Tomatoes and Garlic (for vegetarian guests). These were accompanied by two sides, which were the Saffron Rice and the Brussels Sprouts with Mustard.
