When everyone got back from the beach, cocktail hour started and our staff put the appetizers out. Plenty of good things were to be enjoyed, along with a nice bar! Everyone was having a lot of fun in this gorgeous place that is Levyland…
A little later, your San Diego wedding caterer started serving the organic buffet that was chosen by the couple. All natural, fresh and made from scratch: everyone loved the food! Eco Caters, your San Diego wedding caterer, offered some stationary hors d’oeuvres, such as a chef’s choice cheese display with market fruit and preserve; antipasto with marinated artichoke, sweet peppers with arugula, marinated cherry tomato with mozzarella, and mixed olives; and also a farmer’s market fruit display with local honey. Then, guests enjoyed our farmer’s market salad, including the best of the market greens and vegetables with a house vinaigrette dressing. As main, your San Diego wedding catering staff served three different types of dishes, such as our tasty chipotle blueberry chicken, our great grilled pacific fish with mango salsa and our delicious grilled vegetarian lasagna with house ricotta and market vegetables. To accompany these, some garlic smashed potatoes; grilled farmers market vegetables and wild rice were served, which really pleased everyone.
Of course, your San Diego wedding caterers made sure that the day ran really well! In fact, all guests were very happy and a lot of fun during that day.
