Pretty and outstanding wedding at Levyland in the middle of June.

What could be better than this ideal place surrounded by lovely people, in the very pleasing month of June for the occasion of a wedding ceremony? Our San Diego wedding catering company, Eco Caters, was so delighted to work on this event with such great persons! What a pleasure to organize a 150-guest organic plated reception in this stunning venue!

Everything was gathered to make the event impeccable! Once again, as a San Diego wedding caterer, Eco Caters put a lot of thoughts into this reception’s menu and it worked out really well. Lots of appetizing items were served. Here are some examples…

Along with San Diego wedding caterer’s pieces of advice, the couple chose to have a tray-pass service for hors d’oeuvres. Guests could then enjoy some mouthwatering Thai chicken skewers accompanied by marjoram yogurt, some Mojo shrimp with pineapple and chive and delicious fresh bruschetta with tomato concassee, avocado oil and preserved lemon. Then, some platted salads were also offered by your San Diego wedding catering staff, such as an herb mix with pumpkin seed, shaved purple onion, and tomato, served with sweet pepper vinaigrette.

Concerning main dishes, Eco Caters, San Diego wedding caterers, nicely presented on plates some exquisite grilled beef tenderloin with red wine jus served with roasted potatoes, green beans and crispy shallots; some tasteful seared albacore with avocado and mango sauce served with some coconut rice and green beans; and at last some appetizing spaghetti squash with tasty market vegetable ragout.

As requested, the dessert was quite simple but very much enjoyable by that weather, as everyone got ice-cream with a choice of several flavors, prepared by your San Diego wedding caterers.

After dinner, all the guests stood up and danced for a while, having fun and just enjoying the moment!  Thanks to your San Diego wedding catering team, everything went really well and everyone really appreciated working with one another.

And thanks to Sean Capshaw for his great work on the pictures. Here is a link to his website.
