Superhero You, a cool organization dedicated to unleashing the superpower we all have inside us; our brains! The organization has thrown some amazing events and their work is truly inspiring.
Our Los Angeles catering team prepared all-organic and locally sourced ingredients. Our chefs focused on cooking in-season products from local farms. For example, at our Los Angeles catering events we use Springhill cheese from an amazing family farm just north of San Fransisco. The assortment of olives we served were chosen from Olive Ranch, a farm just east of Sacramento that is growing flavorful olives that could easily compete against the best Italian olive farmers.
Our Los Angeles caterers served a delicious menu of crowd-pleasing appetizers and finger foods that ran the gambit of flavors. From an elegant dish of seared scallops topped with a bright carrot puree, to a down-home, comfort food dish of melt-in-your-mouth roasted pork belly drizzled with a sweet apple glaze, there was something for everyone.
