Our client wanted to surprise his wife with a party for her and all of her friends. The surprise was that she wouldn’t have to be the one running around and helping everyone. Guest were welcomed to stationary platters of our Mezze Platter with Hummus Trio, Tabouli, Olives Salad, and Grilled Flatbread, fried to order Southern Chicken Lollypops with Homemade Buttermilk Ranch,  savory and cute mixed sliders including; Grilled Eggplant with Tomato, Arugula, and Marjoram Aioli, Pastrami and Sauerkraut on Pretzel Rolls, and Smoked Salmon with Olivade and Sauce Grabiche.

It was the perfect party food for this group! They simply loved all the sliders and mini foods. The night ended with our new favorite cupcakes by CUPS of La Jolla. Cups makes decadent and different organic cupcakes. The women had a great time trying all the different flavors. Eco Caters took a trip up to North County  to provide their San Diego Catering services to guest at a Carlsbad birthday party. The party started with music and lots of happy guest. Everyone loves a good cocktail party, but with a cocktail party comes lots of little bites. Guest were so please with all the options they had to choose from, and the host enjoyed not having to clean up after the party.
