San Diego Caterer, Eco Caters, could not wait to work with this unique and fun couple. With the bride being a photographer and the husband a graphic designer, we new this wedding was going to be super cool. The couple chose to start the cocktail hour off with blackberry mojitos and  our fresh and unique passed appetizers. These consisted of  savory Roasted Chicken with Avocado, Sweet Corn, and Fermented Black Bean, zippy Carrot Orange Shooters, decadent Turkey Sliders with Apple and Arugula, refreshing Cucumber Cups with Mango, Jicama, Chili, and Lime. For dinner, Eco Caters, a San Diego Catering company prepared a mix of Mulit-grain and fresh Challah served with Honey Whipped Butter. For the salad we plated Mixed Greens with Cucumber, Tomato, Carrot, and Garlic Croutons with House Made Buttermilk Ranch. The guest has a choice of Porter Marinated Tri-Tip with Green Peppercorn Sauce served with Truffle Potato Puree and Grilled Asparagus, or Grilled Vegetable Lasagna with House Made Ricotta for their main entree. The meal went out with out a hitch and everyone seemed to really enjoy it.

Eco Caters then cut and served a delicious wedding cake made by Sweet Cheeks Bakery. With the cheery linens, by A Perfect Table, stunning and intriguing flowers by Rae Florae and seamless coordination of Amorology, this wedding was exactly what the new couple deserved, perfection.

Levyland is a great place to get married or hold any event. They offer room for up to 10 people and you can stay there for a whole week! Organic Catering for a  Private Dinner in Carlsbad

Eco Caters set out to Carlsbad to prepare a sit down dinner for a private residence. The host chose to start the meal with organic caterer, Eco Caters, savory Truffled Grilled Cheese and fresh Ahi Tuna Sashimi. The Organic Catering company then plated Tempura Fried Egg Yolk with House Cured Pork Belly as an appetizer, followed by Caprese Salad with Tomato, Basil and Mozzerella. For the entree we served, Sliced Beef Tenderloin with Glazed Carrots and Truffle Potato Puree, and Shrimp and Scallop Skewers with Paprika, Cayenne, Garlic, and Chive on a bed of Papardelle; finished with Lemon, Living Tree Olive Oil, and Basil. The meal closed with intriguing house made Profiteroles and Avocado Ice Cream Topped with Warm Piru Canyon Sage Honey.

All items were made from scratch by organic caterer, Eco Caters. Even the ice cream was handmade! You guest would really enjoy being treated to such a quality meal, and you can feel good about supporting your local farmers and artisans while having a great party. Eco Caters took a trip up to North County  to provide their San Diego Catering services to guest at a Carlsbad birthday party. The party started with music and lots of happy guest. San Diego caterer, Eco Caters,  than served Thai Chicken Skewers with Marjoram Yogurt, Seared Albacore with Orange Grapefruit Slaw, and Farmers Market Salad with Best of the Market Greens, Carrots, Cucumbers and Chevre with a house vinaigrette dressing. After guest had a chance to catch up and unwind, they enjoyed Pacific Paella with Local Free Range Chicken, Braised Beef Brisket with Tomatoes, Garlic, Olives and Preserve Lemon, served with, Veggie Stir Fry, and Sesame Green Beans.

San Diego Catering for Carlsbad Birthday Party

Everyone loves a good cocktail party, but with a cocktail party comes lots of little bites. San Diego Catering company Eco Caters helped a Carlsbad women have fun on her birthday, without all the prep work. Guest were greeted with some lovely stationary appetizer of Mezze Platter with Hummus Trio, Roasted Red Peppers, Olives Salad, and Fresh Pita, and Vegetable Crudite with Roasted Onion Dip and House Ranch.

While guest mingled and gave birthday wishes, they were served Spicy Chicken Skewers with Marjoram Red Pepper Yogurt, Mixed Sliders, including; Grilled Eggplant with Tomato, Arugula, and Marjoram Aioli, Pastrami and Sauerkraut on Pretzel Rolls, Apricot Turkey Slider with Apple, Arugula, and House Mustard. They also had Argentinean Lamb Skewer with Chimmi Churri, and Seared Albacore with Orange Grapefruit Slaw. Guest were so please with all the options they had to choose from, and the host enjoyed not having to clean up after the party.
