50th Birthday Party at Coronado on a beautiful Sunday of August.

It was around 5 o’clock, in the end of a nice and warm afternoon of August, that around twenty guests gathered to share some good time and to celebrate our client’s birthday!

For the occasion, San Diego catering staff worked on a great and delicious menu which would definitely please every guest.

Some tasty stationary Hors d’Oeuvres were prepared by your San Diego caterers, such as the Chef’s choice cheese display with market fruit and preserves, and the hummus trio with some tabouli, olive salad and grilled flatbread.

Then, as guests were comfortably sitting down and relaxing, they had the opportunity to taste the famous Farmer’s Market salad, including the best of the market greens and vegetables served with a house vinaigrette dressing.

This was followed by some great main dishes, prepared by San Diego catering staff, which featured the grilled chicken breast cooked with mango and avocado, as well as a delicious vegetarian option: the grilled eggplant with some roasted onion, tomato and garlic quinoa.

To accompany these tasty dishes, San Diego caterers served two types of sides: some basmati rice and the well-known grilled Farmer’s Market vegetables.

Everything was in harmony; so everyone really enjoyed their time around the birthday table – laughing, talking, and sharing some good food… Eco Caters, San Diego caterer, did an awesome job by pleasing everyone with different tastes and flavors! Guests were really grateful.
