Eco Caters, San Diego caterer, was chosen once again to cater this corporate event up in Pacific Beach. All guests drove up to the venue for a few hours and enjoyed some great food along with some drinks, all prepared by San Diego caterers.
Around 7.30pm, San Diego catering staff opened the buffet, which featured the Grilled Organic Hanger Steak with Fresh Herbs and Caramelized Shallot, the Crispy King Salmon with Fennel Onion Confit and also the Pan Seared Sesame Tofu with Ginger Scallion Relish. These three choices of meat, fish and vegetarian options were made to be able to please everyone. And Eco Caters apparently succeed since all guests really appreciated the food.
Along with these mains, a few sides were also available and served by your San Diego caterer; such as the Pan Sautéed Polenta with Carrot, Celery Root, and Fire Roasted Tomatoes, the Gouda Mac and Cheese and at last the well-known Grilled Farmers Market Vegetables.
San Diego caterers did their best to make this event run smooth and great! To finish, the dessert was served about an hour later. Our client had chosen the Flourless Chocolate Tart with Champagne Raspberries, as well as the Fruit Display with Local Honey. Lots of delicious sweets which everyone tasted with pleasure!
Once again, San Diego catering staff did an awesome job and received lots of compliments from all the guests and the company itself.
