A simple but nevertheless great stationary buffet was set up, featuring quite a few famous options, created by your San Diego catering team.
From around 12.30pm, guests could then enjoy the hors d’oeuvres which were served by your San Diego caterer, featuring the Chef’s Choice Cheese Display with the Market Fruits and Preserves, the delicious Mezze Platter with Hummus Trio, Tabouli, the Olives Salad, and some tasteful Grilled Flatbread, as well as the Cold Quinoa Salad with some Red Onion, Italian Squash, Mint, Basil, Dried Cranberries, and a delicious Apple Cider Vinaigrette. At last, our guests had the chance to taste the Mixed Sliders, nicely cooked by your San Diego catering, with a choice between the Curry Chicken Salad with California Golden Raisins, the Grilled Eggplant with Tomato, Arugula, and Marjoram Aiol, and finally the Smoked Salmon with some Olivade and Sauce Grabiche.
Then, your San Diego caterers served their grilled sirloin wrap accompanied with some tomato, onion, chipotle mayo, some roasted pepper aioli and pepper mix.
