It is right in the middle of November that our couple took the decision to get married! Luckily, the weather turned out really great and the event: unforgettable. Nice and sunny day for the bride and groom and also for your favorite San Diego wedding catering team!
Once all guests walked back from the ceremony site, the bar opened and the cocktail hour started then. Your San Diego wedding catering staff set up some stationary Hors d’Oeuvres, that featured the tasty Antipasto with Marinated Artichoke, Sweet Peppers with Arugula, some Marinated Cherry Tomato and Mozzarella, all of those served with a mix of olives; as well as the Salsa Trio with Organic Tortilla Chips.
Then, everyone got seated and the buffet could eventually be served by San Diego wedding caterer.
Just like almost all the time, the famous Farmers Market Salad including the Best of the Market greens and vegetables with a house vinaigrette dressing was prepared by your San Diego wedding caterer.
All guests appreciated the little green touch before tasting the nice main dishes chosen by the couple and Eco Caters’ Chef. The two options there were the Grilled Chicken Breast with Mango and Avocado and the Jidori Chicken Pakora. Also, three vegetarians were present on that day. So your San Diego wedding caterers did a great job fixing three Veggie Lasagna plates. Everyone was so pleased by the service and of course by the awesome food
To accompany those dishes, some old-fashioned-but-nevertheless-great Gouda Mac and Cheese and some of the delicious Grilled Farmers Market Vegetables.
When everyone got done with their plates, your San Diego wedding catering staff did a great job putting everything away. So guests could enjoy the cake cutting and some nice organic coffee with their desserts!
