Our couple picked the Lavender Farm to celebrate their wedding and invite family and friends for the occasion.

The event was catered by a nice organic buffet that our bride, groom and San Diego wedding catering chefs had decided to serve. In addition to this great food, your favorite San Diego wedding caterer also prepared some stationary hors d’oeuvres, such as the Antipasto Platter with Marinated Artichoke, Sweet Peppers with Arugula, Marinated Cherry Tomato with Mozzarella and a nice selection of Olives; as well as the Farmer’s Market Fruit Display with Local Honey spread on the top.
Then, the sushi station was set up by your San Diego wedding catering team. This type of item is not something really usual but of course everything you want can be feasible! So do not hesitate to share your craziest ideas! That station featured some Rainbow Rolls (California Rolls made with Albacore, Salmon and Yellowtail), some Spicy Tuna Rolls (made from Albacore, Sriracha, Cucumber and Radish Sprout) and some Caterpillar Rolls (made with Eel, Cucumber and Topped with Avocado and Eel Sauce).
After these delicious little treats, the dinner continued… with the famous Farmers Market Salad featuring the best of the market Greens and Vegetables, served with a House Vinaigrette. Also, the main dishes were pulled out by your San Diego wedding caterers. So, all guests could taste the Porter Marinated Tri-Tip with Green Peppercorn Sauce and the Grilled Vegetable Lasagna with Housemade Ricotta. These items were accompanied by some Truffle Potato Puree and some of the well-known Gouda Mac and Cheese.
As for drinks, your San Diego wedding caterers had set up an organic station with some fresh squeezed lavender lemonade to go along with the wedding theme, some iced tea and some mint infused water.
Everyone seemed to appreciate the whole event very much! The weather was also very nice and enabled all guests to spend a great time around relatives and friends.
