Gorgeous September Organic Wedding in San Diego.

It’s in the end of September that our bride and groom decided to get married. For this occasion, around 60 guests got invited in this beautiful venue that is Bayside Lane. Located in a park right next to the bay, it definitely gave plenty of charm and happiness to this magical moment!

Your San Diego wedding catering was chosen for this particular day to provide some great food and drinks to all guests. So, when the ceremony ended, everyone came back to the reception area. San Diego wedding catering staff had planned each detail of the event; so that everything could just run smooth and flawless. The entire place looked wonderful, just like our couple wanted it!

Around 4pm, the buffet was served featuring some tasteful options your San Diego wedding caterer is known for.

In fact, all guests could then enjoy the famous Farmers Market Salad including the Best of the Market greens and vegetables, served with a house vinaigrette dressing; along with a delicious Potato Salad and a nice Fresh Market Fruit Platter.

For mains, the bride and groom and your San Diego wedding caterers decided to offer guests different types of wraps; such as the Grilled Chicken Wrap with some White Balsamic Mustard, some House Aioli, Onion, Tomato, and Herb Mix; the Grilled Portabella Wrap with Onion, Tomato, Fresh Herb Mustard, Grilled Pepper Aioli and Mixed Greens; and at last, the Grilled Sirloin Wrap with Tomato, Onion, Chipotle Mayo, Roasted Pepper Aioli, and Pepper Mix.

To accompany all these, an organic beverage service was set-up by your San Diego wedding caterers, including tasty fresh squeezed lemonade, some iced tea and at last some homemade organic mint infused water.

Every guest definitely appreciated the food, the service and the whole event set-up. Once everyone finished their plate, the night could eventually start; so that, all guests could actually celebrate the moment! Eco Caters, your San Diego wedding catering, loved working with these people and wish them the best of luck in their future!
