On that beautiful and sunny day of July, our couple decided to get married at the San Diego Botanic Gardens, up in Encinitas, California. Such a gorgeous and natural location to say Yes!

For the occasion, the menu featured a few famous options from San Diego wedding caterers, such as the Chef’s Choice Cheese Display served with Market Fruits and Preserves; the Hummus Trio with some Tabouli, some Olive Salad and Grilled Flatbread and at last the Antipasto platter, including the Marinated Artichokes, the Sweet Peppers with Arugula, the Marinated Cherry Tomatoes with Mozzarella and the Mixed Olives.
Then, San Diego wedding caterer set up the buffet, still made up from organic and fresh food. The first item the guests could try was the simple but nevertheless tasty Farmers Market Salad with a house vinaigrette dressing; following by two choices of main dish: the Chipotle Blueberry Chicken and the Grilled Pacific Fish with some delicious Coconut Sauce on the top. To accompany these options, two types of sauces were available: a spicy chipotle blueberry one and a mango avocado sauce.
Of course, San Diego wedding caterers had got some sides ready to go with all this great food: the traditional Gouda Mac and Cheese and the Grilled Farmers Market Vegetables.
San Diego wedding catering bartenders were also there to make sure everyone was pleased with drinks. A fresh mint infused water station was set up, along with some other liquors and wines.
At the end of the event, the cake was cut and all guests could enjoy this piece of heaven with little delicious cupcakes and some organic freshly brewed coffee.
