Last Wedding catered by Eco Caters, San Diego wedding catering, in 2011.

For this occasion, our bride and groom decided to celebrate their wedding around a great lunch with just a list of sixteen people… Easy and relaxing moment for everyone at this venue located in Escondido!

To celebrate this special day, your favorite San Diego wedding caterers had thought about everything to make things perfect!

Therefore, quite a few options of Stationary Hors d’Oeuvres were pulled out on a table by San Diego wedding catering staff; featuring the Chef’s Choice Cheese Display with Market Fruit and Preserves, the delicious Hummus Trio along with some Tabouli, some Olive Salad, and Grilled Flatbread; and at last the Pork Rillette with some Pain a l’Ancienne and Pickled Onion.

Then, our clients chose to have the Wild Arugula Salad served with juicy fruits, such as Peaches and Nectarines, along with some Point Reyes Blue, and some Apple Cider Vinaigrette.

As main dishes, your San Diego wedding caterer had prepared two different options, which were the Braised Beef Brisket served with some Tomato, Olives, and Preserved Lemon and the Crispy King Salmon with some Fennel Onion Confit. These two dishes were accompanied by some Roasted Weiser Farms Potatoes with Marjoram and Thyme, some of the very famous Gouda Mac and Cheese and the fresh and organic Grilled Farmers Market Vegetables.

This time, no actual vegetarian option was required. However, you can totally ask for it, even if you only desire one plate or one portion of it! Every detail is good to be taken in account and your San Diego wedding caterers will be pleased to help you with all this. Everything is changeable to make your ideas come true.

Once everyone finished their plates, it was eventually time for San Diego wedding catering staff to serve the dessert, the final sweet touch of this wonderful menu! Awesome job that San Diego wedding caterer did again on that day! All guests were really pleased by the whole reception and thank Eco Caters quite a few times before leaving…
