They had two goals in mind; the first was to offer their guest delicious food during their wedding reception while staying within their budget, and the second, it was important to them that they have it 100% organic. Our friendly Los Angeles wedding caterers showed the couple different options to help them stay within the budget and also personalized their menu so that they could have a few of those “must have” food items they loved during their tasting. Our Los Angeles wedding caterers came up with something that excited Lauren and Josh’s taste buds and their pocketbook.
At every wedding our Los Angeles wedding catering team caters, we set up a table of organic refreshments for guests as they arrive. It’s always a big hit and it helps everyone to cool off after the drive. Not only are they refreshing they’re delicious too! We here at Eco Caters in Los Angeles like to take advantage of seasonal produce so we circulate our beverage options dependent upon what’s going to be in season at the time of our clients event. For Lauren and Josh, mangos were in season so our chef brewed sweet Mango Lemonade along with sun brewed Iced Tea. We also added a little flavor to our water by adding a sprig of fresh mint. On some occasions we infuse our water with basil leaves or fresh sage. Each herb adds its own pleasant aroma, but when it comes to which herbs we use for which wedding, we tend to leave it up to Mother Nature. That’s something we feel sets us apart from another Los Angeles wedding caterer.
Another staple you’ll find at our Los Angeles catered events is our Wild Arugula Salad. We take fresh arugula and lightly toss it with our House Apple Cider Vinaigrette and top it off with thinly sliced peaches and nectarines, crisp shallots, and crumbled goats cheese. What you end up with is a simple yet flavorful salad that suits everyone’s tastes.
