Shopping List for the Lesson:
  • Pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • Kosher Salt
  • 14 oz Salmon
  • 1 bunch Chive
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 3 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 cups chopped small Yukon gold or any smaller size potato
  • 2 cups quartered cremini mushrooms (any mushroom will do)
  • 1/2 cup High heat oil like canola, grape seed, coconut or rice bran
Cooking Equipment:
  • 2-3 qrt Pot
  • Sharp Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Stainless Bowl
  • 8″-10″ Small cookie sheet or sheet pan
  • 10″ Stainless, Black Iron, or Non-Stick Saute’ pan at least
