Because you shared so much enthusiasm for Chef Brune’s livestream cooking lesson this week, we’re doing another one! Next Wednesday, April 22nd at 5:00 PM PDT, join Chef Brune as he teaches you how to master the art of the chef’s knife. Our hope is that you can use the best of this time, at home and work, sharing new found recipes and skills.
Eat different. Live better!
While you learn how to make a delicious Vietnamese Noodle salad with Grass Fed Beef, Nuoc Cham, and Fresh Herbs, Chef Brune will guide you through insightful techniques to help you master the art of the chef’s knife. Below is everything you will need to get the most out of the experience. The serving below serves two people.

ECO is excited to announce that our efforts and education will go to the San Diego Food Bank Drive, supporting our community in need. Please help us to raise $5,000 this week for our food drive goal to feed families in our community in need.
