Eco Caters, a San Diego catering company, provided meals for Climate Change Conference
Eco Caters put together two meals to the attendees of the Climate Change Conference in San Diego. For breakfast, the San Diego catering company made an eye opening California Scramble with Avocado, Tomato, and Crème Friache, House Cured Maple Bacon, Southern Buttermilk Biscuits with Orange Honey and Sweet Butter, and Home Fries with Chive. For lunch they filled up their biodegradable plates with Farmers Market Salad, Kalua Pork, Grilled Chicken with Mango Salsa, Coconut Rice, Green Beans, and Fresh Fruit. Guest really enjoyed the food, and we think the biodegradable were a nice touch.
Eco Caters really believes in living a sustainable life and we make it easy for our clients to do so, even at an event. We have biodegradable plates. flatware made from plant starched, and even compost-able cups made from corn. We also have these really beautiful VerTerra plates. They are made from fallen leaves and water. They add a really nice natural look to any party and are a great conversation starter. Serving organic, locally grown food on compost-able plates! You really can’t get any better then that.
