First 2012 Event coordinated by Eco Caters.

This wedding took place once again at the Thursday Club, in the area of Ocean Beach. Located on a hill, the surroundings are just breath-taking and the views overlook the ocean! What would you like more for your ceremony and reception?

The whole event was coordinated by San Diego wedding catering company, Eco Caters. Nothing was to be left on the side! When you coordinate an event, it is so important to pay attention to all the little details that actually make your day. But your San Diego wedding caterers are used to it and always do an awesome job!

On that day, lots of food options had been picked – with one only rule, which was ‘no onion’. San Diego wedding caterer then arranged the whole menu to go along the client’s requirement and still provide great dishes!

For stationary Hors d’Oeuvres, all guests could then enjoy the Chef’s Choice Cheese Display with Market Fruits and Preserves, as well as the famous Hummus Trio served with some Tabouli, some Olive Salad and Grilled Flatbread.

Then, a few tray passed Hors d’Oeuvres were offered, featuring some of the Grass Fed Beef Slider with Smoked Cheddar, some Mojo Shrimp with Pineapple and some Cucumber Cups served with Mango, Chili and Preserved Lemon.

After, these little appetizers, our couple wanted the Challah Bread to be set up on each table, before starting the actual meal. Your San Diego wedding caterer took care of this and then served the well-known Farmer’s Market Salad with House Vinaigrette. Then, came along three choices of entrees: the Grilled Chicken Marinated in Lemon, Garlic, Olive Oil and Marjoram, served with Herbed Weiser Farms Potatoes and Julienne Zucchini; the Crispy Salmon with Olive Oil, Garlic, Parsley, and Lemon served on a bed of Fennel Carrot Confit; and at last the Grilled Polenta Cake with Fire Roasted Tomatoes, and Market Vegetables.

To finish the event with a sweet touch, some mini-desserts were offered to all guests. So, everyone could enjoy the delicious Flourless Chocolate Tart with Champagne Raspberries and a large platter of Fresh Fruit with Mascarpone and Honey; and everyone really appreciated San Diego wedding catering team’s talent!

Eventually, the event went really great, without a flaw… Thanks to San Diego wedding catering coordination, hard work and kindness as always, the wedding couldn’t have gone better! Our couple was very happy about it!

Also, thank you to the awesome job La Vida Creations did with the pictures: beautiful!
