Because they wanted something original for their special day, our bride and groom decided to go with your amazing San Diego wedding caterer and their organic and fresh food! In fact, they did go wrong since everyone enjoyed the reception, from the beginning all the way through the end…
The service started when the bar opened, right after the ceremony. San Diego wedding catering staff passed around some trays with some Truffled Grilled Cheese, some Argentinean Lamb Skewer with Chimmi Churri and also some Petite Lump Crab Handroll including Chive and Julienne Peppers.
Then, San Diego wedding catering plated a nice Pepper Mix with some Julienne Onion, Feta and Pear Mustard Seed Vinaigrette for all guests to get a nice green touch right before the main dishes. The two options which were decided for this wedding by our couple and San Diego wedding catering were the Honey Tamari Marinated Sirloin with Ginger Peppercorn Sauce and the Crispy King Salmon with Fennel Onion Confit. These delicious items were served along with some Wild Mushroom Quinoa and some French Beans with some Crispy Shallot.
At the end of the meal, everybody had the opportunity to try some of the famous and awesome Flourless Chocolate Tart served with Champagne Raspberries and some of the wonderful Key Lime Tart with Meringue, baked and cut by your San Diego wedding caterers.
To accompany all these great food options, your San Diego wedding caterer had prepared some different types of drinks, starting with the usual Fresh Squeezed Lemonade, Iced Tea and Mint Infused Water; then the Beer and Wine service; and at last, an organic Coffee Service with a choice of decaf and regular coffee.
