Union Station
Los Angeles Union Station was built in 1939 and is the largest railroad passenger terminal in the Western United States. It is widely regarded as “the last of the great train stations.” The station’s signature Mission Moderne style makes it one of L.A.’s architectural gems. It has classic spanish architecture, eclectic gardens and art deco interior. Gardens bursting with flowers and a stunning reception area in The Fred Harvey Room, it’s a must for those seeking vintage LA ambience.
