Eco Caters, San Diego catering company, served a custom menu at cocktail party.
Friends and family gathered for a relaxing evening of conversation and delirious food. Some of the food may have even brought on the conversation! For this cocktail party the host decided on stationary appetizers to be set up all over the venue. These included; a California Cheese Board with Fresh Market Fruit, Fried Chicken Lollipops with Homemade Ranch, Orzo Pasta Salad with Farmers Market Veggies and Herb Vinaigrette, House Made Peanut Butter and Jelly, Organic Beef Sliders with Cheddar, Salsa Trio with Guacamole, Chicken Pesto Pizza and Cheese Pizza, Chocolate Molten Cake, and Chocolate Chip Cookies.
This menu was custom made based on the host and her vision. Peanut butter and jelly happened to be a favorite of the birthday girl, and we loved making these little sandwiches! If there is a food that your or your guest of honor love and you don’t see it on our menu, please let us know!
