Eco Caters, a San Diego Caterer, visited Pacific Beach this past weekend
Our client wanted to surprise his wife with a party for her and all of her friends. The surprise was that she wouldn’t have to be the one running around and helping everyone. San Diego catering company, Eco Caters did all the shopping, prep, cooking, and serving for her! She was thrilled (and a little relieved). Her husband decided to do a cocktail party with lots of little bites. When guest started to arrived they were welcomed into the backyard featuring a bar and our Chef’s Choice Cheese Display with Market Fruit and Preserves, tasty Mezze Platter with Hummus Trio, Tabouli, Olives Salad, and toasty Grilled Flatbread. While guest mingled and chatted our chefs were busy in the kitchen whipping up many tasty treats.
San Diego Caterer, Eco Caters passed zesty Thai Chicken Skewers with Marjoram Yogurt, Grassfed Beef Slider with Smoked Cheddar and Caramalized Onion, Seared Albacore with Orange Grapefruit Slaw, Mojo Shrimp with Pineapple and Chive, Fresh Bruschetta with Tomato Concasse, Avocado Oil, and Preserved Lemon. For dessert San Diego Catering company, Eco Caters whipped up Mini Pumpkin Cheesecake Tarts with Cinnamon Whipped Cream.
