Tapas Done by San Diego Catering Company Eco Caters for July 4th Party
This celebration started with San Diego caterer, Eco Caters, growingly popular Chef’s Choice Cheese Display with Market Fruit and Preserves, and Vegetable Crudite with Roasted Onion Dip and House Ranch. This host wanted to really wow their guest, they chose our Tapas menu. Tapas were served plated to all the guest. Tapas are a great way to serve guest a lot of different flavors, while keeping a party light and fun. This host chose Grilled Melon with Cured Pork Loin, Basil, and Roasted Pistachio Oil, a Louisiana Crab Cake with Remoulade, Beet Salad with Manchego, Arugula, Carrot, and Beet Vinaigrette, Southern Fried Chicken Lollypops with Waffle Fries, and Braised Short Ribs with Ginger Slaw.
For dessert the party stuck with American traditions and indulged in San Deigo caterers, Eco Caters, Apple Pie with Cinnamon Ice Cream and Chocolate Chip Cookies. We have many different types of desserts, but recently our brides have been interested in our home-made organic ice cream. We have cinnamon, strawberry, even avocado! Those are just to name a few.
