The couple came to our San Diego wedding catering team one afternoon to discuss how our staff could make their wedding a special one.Danielle and Ted were passionate about serving their guests organic and they wanted everyone to be wowed by the appetizers during cocktail hour, and the main dishes for their wedding reception. As a San Diego foodie ourselves, we want nothing less.
Our San Diego wedding catering team checked with our local farmers to see what produce was rip and in season and we carefully integrated these flavors into our dishes. These types of steps are tedious for some San Diego caterers but for us, it makes the world of difference in the way our food tastes.
