Jennifer and her husband had just purchased their new home in Rancho Santa Fe, California and asked our San Diego caterers to prepare a special menu of delicious appetizers for them and their 67 guests.
As a San Diego caterer we have coordinated many private events at our client’s home, so we laid out a simple plan to get in and out of their home without the guests noticing. Our chefs came an hour before guest arrived to meet the couple, get a tour of their home, and to set up the kitchen so they could start cooking. Our San Diego catering team arrived a half hour before guests arrived and started mixing drinks behind the bar, offering guests appetizers, and making sure everything was picked up and clean at all times. Below is final menu our clients decided upon to serve their friends and family.
