There’s so much focus these days on the best bridal fashion that grooms fashion is sometimes overlooked. Well not today!
MEN’S FASHION TRENDS
Men’s fashion moves much slower than women’s. What seems hot one moment in the women’s fashion world can fizzle out in just a few short months. Men’s fashion is typically more timeless. That’s not to say styles don’t come and go but when it comes to tuxedos and suits the styles in cuts and colors change at a nice steady pass. That makes wedding shopping for grooms and groomsmen much easier to navigate.
Here are a hard and fast rules for groom wedding fashion.
MEN’S SUIT STYLES
Tuxedos are out; Suits are in. Currently the best groom fashion is fitted. Slimmer fitted pants instead of baggy. Slim ties. Real, hand tied bow ties. Slim two button suit coats. Classic 60’s browns, dark blues, and black colors. The word “mod” is a great searchable word if you want to dig deeper into the net.
MEN’S HAIR STYLE
Hair is back. Short sides with long combed or slicked back hair is the rage right now. These hair styles require a little more maintenance than the short cuts we’ve seen over the past decade but much more fun. Post WWII shaved sides with shinny slicked back hair looks so classy in a suit. Ladies love hair and there isn’t a better time to grow out your doo.
