Absolutely, we take utmost care to work with each client to ensure their guests have nothing to worry about when it comes to their event. Communication is key and we vary how we manage each situation based on severity of need. Our kitchens are not certified gluten free, but we maintain stringent handling standards whenever we have allergen concerns. We can manage issues through clear labeling and signage for some intolerances or ensure that ingredients are avoided altogether for anaphylactic allergies or auto-immune concerns.  

Not all of our ingredients are Certified Organic, but a good deal of them are. We work with some  local farms and ranches that we know practice in good faith without certification. Sometimes we need to bring in items for special requests or volume shortages. We navigate our purchasing decisions with sustainability and customer value in mind at every step. 

We have a combination of compostable and recyclable packaging options depending on the service needs.
