Lovely wedding in the mountains catered and coordinated by Eco Caters, San Diego Wedding Catering division
Secluded Garden Estate is a charming and cute venue near Pala, California. Joseph and Sarah chose to have their wedding on a beautiful fall evening and hired Eco Caters, San Diego wedding caterer, as their coordinator and caterer. The bride was so crafty and creative, making the most adorable decorations for the ceremony as well as the reception. The rustic feel of the décor made the setting of the venue absolutely perfect!
Eco Caters, San Diego wedding caterers, had a blast working with Joseph and Sarah as well as their guests. This smaller party of around 70 people was just intimate enough. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed the chef’s choice cheese display with market fruit and preserves as well as antipasto with marinated artichokes, sweet peppers with arugula, marinated cherry tomatoes and mozzarella, and mixed olives. Eco Caters, San Diego wedding caterer, also had drinks flowing at the bar!
After cocktail hour, guests made their way to the reception area. Eco Caters, San Diego wedding caterers, were ready to open the organic buffet for dinner. Dinner included pasture raised pineapple pork with muscavado brown sugar and portabella mushrooms with chimmi churri on a bed of roasted garlic angel hair pasta. Sides included Gouda mac and cheese and French beans with crispy shallot. Eco Caters, San Diego wedding catering company, also satisfied the kids’ table by bringing over plated grilled chicken strips with fettuccini.
The bride and groom were glowing, the food was delicious, and all of the guests had a great time. Eco Caters loved Secluded Garden Estate and working with this awesome crew!
“We are SO grateful of the service your staff provided. We can’t be more appreciative for you and your company. We had such a beautiful time and everything went so smoothly… (thanks to you). You were even able to stop the rain from coming. AMAZING.” – Joseph
