This day, your San Diego wedding catering team was more focused on the catering part and definitely pulled out some very tasty dishes for our couple.

San Diego wedding caterer prepared two kinds of hors d’oeuvres. For stationary hors d’oeuvres, there was the Chef’ s choice cheese display with market fruits and preserves; and some vegetable crudite with homemade roasted onion dip and house ranch. Tray passed hors d’oeuvres featured our delicious grassfed beef slider with smoked cheddar and caramelized onion, our Argentinean lamb skrewer accompanied with chimmi churri; and at last, our famous seared albacore with orange grapefruit slaw.

Following by our spinach salad with gorgonzola, walnuts, strawberries and our house vinaigrette; served with good bread in a basket with butter.

As mains, our couple decided to have the porter marinated trip-tip with green peppercorn sauce, as well as the grilled chicken with chipotle blueberry BBQ sauce. These two could be enjoyed with some of our sides, such as our tofu, black beans, bells peppers and corn sauté and the John’s country potato salad, always made with the freshest products chosen by San Diego catering chef.

Decorated with lots of flowers and surrounded by all this delightful food, the reception looked just wonderful! All guests really enjoyed their day in this gorgeous location
