First Wedding of June: sunny and pretty!

The month of June started really well for our couple. In fact, they took the decision to get wed at the wonderful venue that is the Thursday Club, located on the hills of Ocean Beach, San Diego. The weather was good and the views amazing!

For the occasion, your San Diego wedding catering chefs thought about different options that would please everyone… Some stationary hors d’oeuvres were then chosen, such as the Chef’s Choice Cheese Display served with Market Fruit and Preserves; as well as the delicious Antipasto Platter with some Marinated Artichoke, some Sweet Peppers with Arugula, some Marinated Cherry Tomatoes with Mozzarella and a great selection of Mixed Olives.

At the same time, people could just enjoy their drinks while tasting some other types of hors d’oeuvres that were passed by your San Diego wedding catering staff: the Gougere served with House Bacon, Arugula and Pickled Onion, the Seared Albacore with the Orange Grapefruit Slaw and also the Duck Confit Donuts accompanied by Jalapeno Honey Butter.

At some point, our couple called everyone to be seated, so the buffet could eventually start…

So, your San Diego wedding caterer pulled out their tasty Herb Mix Salad including some Pumpkin Seeds, some Shaved Purple Onion, Tomatoes and a nice Sweet Pepper Vinaigrette.

Then, as main dishes, San Diego wedding caterers had prepared a couple of options which satisfied all guests. Therefore, San Diego catering staff served some Braised Short Rib with Annatto, Orange and Garlic; as well as some Pan Seared Bass accompanied by a Cali-Crystal Beurre Blanc. The sides chosen for these two items were the delicious Truffle Potato Puree and the Roasted Asparagus marinated in Grapefruit Juice.

Almost as always, our clients decided to have the organic Beverage Service, featuring the Fresh Squeezed Lemonade, the Iced Tea and the Mint Infused Water.

At last, to go really well with all the different types of desserts available for the occasion, all guests had the opportunity to drink a cup of organic coffee, brewed by your San Diego wedding caterer, Eco Caters. Such a nice way to end this wonderful dinner!
